• 1岁+宝宝，16g燕麦片加90ml水，加热1分30秒即可。
• 使用小锅制作：
• 锅中加入200ml水，水开后，加入燕麦片:

• 9-11月宝宝，12g燕麦片
• 1岁+宝宝，16g燕麦片
• 中小火加热2分钟关火即可。
