Processing Time

We process all orders within two business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t process orders on holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PDT) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Delivery Procedure

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after your order payment has been received. We will notify you through SMS or Email once we set out the delivery time. 

Delivery time will usually be 1:00-8:00 PM every Tuesday and Friday. We will notify you if we set out another delivery time. If you need delivery service other than these time slots, please contact us by email at canada_yobaby@outlook.com, or by WeChat at yobabycanada1, within 1 hour after you place your order.

We will send you emails once your order has been out for delivery and been delivered.

Pickup Procedure

Your order will be processed and ready for pick-up by the next weekday (Monday to Friday) after 4:30 p.m.

The pickup location is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day.

Please show the cashier your confirmation email, and cashier will assist on your order pickup. 

Your order will be held at pickup location for up to two months. Please pick up your order as soon as possible. Thanks!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

We’re happy to offer free shipping within BC on orders over $99. For other regions in Canada, over-size products such as diapers may charge a flat rate of $40 shipping fee, and all other orders over $199 will be exempt from any shipping cost.

With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive about three to nine days, depending on your delivery address, after placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

Below are the shipping method options and costs. Please refer to your order and post-purchase notifications (email or mobile messages) for the most up-to-date information.You’ll receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.

Title to the products in your order is transferred from Yobaby to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Yobaby to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

Please reference estimated delivery date during checkout to determine when your order will arrive based upon your order time.

Shipping Surcharges for Remote Areas

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery services. We are unable to offer free shipping to these areas, but do have competitive rates with FedEx and Canada Post of which you can take advantage. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.
